How this was built
Founded out of the Cross-Border Dialogue, not a business plan.
DACORA grew out of the rooms we were already in: hackathons, community weekends and the Cross-Border Dialogue, where people from different European countries argued about what the continent should be able to do on its own. We kept meeting institutions that wanted sovereignty and had no one to implement it.
So we built the implementation partner we were looking for. Three founders, bootstrapped, each bringing the part of the problem we had already lived: security and delivery, revenue and commercial relationships, ecosystem and European impact.
Nothing here is theory borrowed from a whitepaper. Every service on this site is something we run today, a live cyber defense mandate, a completed EU migration, agentic AI in production, and every stage funds the next.
